Basic respect and common sense are expected. 見面前和見面時不自己確認尺寸合不合適。遲到10分鐘，卻沒有當面道歉。我離開車站後先要求退款，卻把退款當成理所當然。退款是出於禮貌，具體情況而定——在潮濕天氣退回穿過的衣服不衛生。基本的尊重和常識是必要的。。。

佢冇親眼見過我著過件衫就話我試過件衫，況且呢個情況全部都係喺地鐵站度發生，係有冷氣嘅。你唔好話我隻手掂過件衫，會有傳染病細菌attach係件衫度？ 我同你交收嗰陣就係尊重你先無當面試件衫，並且唔係覺得著上身係理所當然。 總之你唔想退款嘅話就有千百萬個理由，講完。
