The seller was nice to deal with, however the item is not as it was described. The item appears authentic, and was very inexpensive. In the description, the bag was described as once or twice used, with no flaws. The bag that arrived was dirty and looked like there was something that spilled inside the bag. I washed the bag but the faint stain cannot be removed. For the price i, i think ok na naman, i just wish the seller was up front with the description.

I asked twice if the Kipling is authentic. If it is, it has very sloppy workmanship. Compared it with my original Kiplings and it's not even near the quality of one, from the lining to the stitching...:( Seldom used daw but there were several stains on the bag's exterior. Same with the other bag. Aren't stains and being unclean considered as a flaw? Next time, be truthful. If you're unsure, say so. Deal was a smooth one until I received the items and it turned out to be a big disappointment. :(

It's does not look brand new like it said in d description 😔 Marami ciang flaws pra maging brand new. Be honest to include d flaws in d description. Transaction was smooth until d item was arrived & I am disappointed. 😞
