The items are nice, but the seller could be more proactive and responsive. Replies were slow and it took 5 days for the items to be mailed out after payment was made. While I understand that there might have been circumstances which held up the transaction, I would expect some courtesy in being informed earlier of delays in the transaction, and not after I asked for a refund.
