I wanted to apologize for the inconvenience. The buyer gave only 1.5 hours’ in advance notice to collect this free gift while I was overseas, and unfortunately I only saw her message later that night. Buyer was supposed to contact my family members at home by pressing the intercom of the private estate, and collect from my shoe rack, but buyer didn’t do so. I’m sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
