Seller told me to contact manufacturer (another buyer alr tried and failed, if you scroll down), & refused to exchange, return, or refund, bc 'it's Carousell and unfair to me'. The case is peeling until unusable, box sticker is peeled open despite being 'new', ok sure. But is expecting a usable keyboard unreasonable?
