Buyer was unhappy with a mop due to a slight discoloration of the mop pad and complained that it does not stand on its own which it is not supposed to do. Item was described as used. She was fairly offered a full refund upon return of the item which she has declined. Even asked seller to pay for a courier service to return item. Very fussy and unpleasant buyer to deal with.
I just talked to my friend and u didnt even askes my friend to test it on the spot! U asked him to go back and try, are u so forgetful?? It is not slightly discoloured! If anyone need photo i can send it to u with totally dirty and yellow pad. Anyway totally waste of time and $ to meet this buyer. U have every right to request yr buyer but pls describe yr listing honestly which true to the item. And if i am a fussy buyer, i wont buy it straight away without bargain with u.
