Communication was good but bed quality was poor. It was not up to what she said. Wheels were broken, frame was broken! She did refund $100 for broken frame but by that time I had already arranged delivery! So I had no choice but to accept bed in whatever condition it was. I wish she had clearly mentioned the actual condition of bed frame.

Not 100% truth. Because I can't check the inside from a constant using bed and the single broken wood could be fixed easy. All others are good condition. The picture shows the rubber pieces on the floor is totally not related to the bed. Please be fairly.
