After accepting my offer the chair has been sold to someone else. Big disappointment! Slow replies too.

Seller didnt inform that her place isnt lift-landing. It is a standard thing n basic courtesy to inform buyers or delivery guys whether or not the place is lift landing or not so they can make the necessary arrangement. Future buyers pls note! condition of item stated 9/10. I asked only 1 question if there are any defects and she said no. Item came to me with some parts chipped off. Seller could have been honest. Not expecting a 100% perfect condition obviously! but just honesty would be nice.
