Buyer offered and seller accepted offer. When discussing on how to deal, buyer suddenly stops all communications without the courtesy to simply inform that the buyer is no longer interested.

Agreed with undisclosed price. But later cancelled the deal because got better offer from someone else. Be careful of this kind of seller’s attitude and ethics. Reminder: Agreement comes first.
