Very pleasant buying experience. The seller took the time to show me the available models, demonstrated that the machine was working properly. I also managed to get a brand-new set at a very reasonable price. LReliable seller and definitely recommended!

Mr Tan is an old hand with KitchenAid mixers so his opinion and advice are helpful. Highly recommended for machines in excellent condition at a fair price.

Seller accepted offer but did not honour and sold item to someone else before I could reply. All he could say was there will be more offers no apologies whatsoever. I’m a little disappointed with this. I just offered for a second item but they are not is not replying to the offer. Should I trust that he will sell me the next item? I am not sure. Will update when something changes
Follow-up review
Would have been nice if you have informed the buyer that you cannot hold. Rather than just sell the item until contact was made and ignore. So it’s very disappointing

We have to enter into our defence. 8/8/26 Buyer offered which we accepted. We Invited buyer to view and test machine. Buyer seen msg. 13/8/26 The first time buyer replied, saying was travelling, can come next week ? Shall we continue to reserve item for ghosted buyer even there are offers ahead ? Shall we accept a second offer on other item ? Our screenshot shows we had apologised.

Seller was incredibly friendly & patient, even taking the time to go through the entire box with me and test the mixer to ensure everything was working perfectly. His kindness & professionalism made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Truly one of the best sellers I’ve ever met.. honest, reliable, and genuinely caring. I will recommend him to others & buy again if I ever need a 2nd mixer🫶
