Very disappointed with the item I received. It was peeling and the leather cracked with stains. Seller just showed very minimal photo of the peels. And told me it was okay. After contacting her about a refund, she simply argued and ignored me. I’m not the usual type to leave negative feedback as I’m really not fussy. But, how to use a bag that is already flaking? Such dishonest seller.

Efficient seller!

Buyer beware, strongly recommend physical meetup. Had to raise an investigation with Singpost where they confirmed that the tracking number provided was in fact addressed to another address instead of mine. Raised a CarouPay Protection dispute but since the tracking number provided was successfully delivered, Carousell made it really long and difficult as I had to prove it was not delivered to me.
