non-committal buyer who not only ignores when i try to arrange a timing by proposing time frames, but even when we had (after much difficulty) fixed a time, buyer had the audacity to text when he was at the meeting place, and say "cancel" not 1 minute after (timestamped proof avail). constantly messages "are you at home" at odd timings that weren't prearranged. would not recommend.
