此買家為人心胸狹窄，充滿惡意，甚至歪曲事實。 本人單方面取消交易係有錯在先，所以有交代番原因係搬屋突發情況而要取消，解釋係出於善意同感到抱歉。 其實你唔接受解釋係你自由，但不斷口出惡言就非常無禮，你鍾意點鬧我控制唔到，但冇理由評價屈我呃人掛？我個post 寫明鰂魚涌交收，完全無提過地鐵站，你自己搞錯仲話我呃人，咁我唯有回你一個劣評。 最後我想講我是在交易前一日通知取消，冇放飛機，冇收過錢，冇任何一句存心欺騙成份，反而係此買家心胸狹小兼歪曲事實，心地差。

前一晚你講到交收好困難，位置唔方便4張凳又重，我counter offer 話最多拎去太古地鐵站俾你，你話再覆。（通常9成最後都係唔要）第二日我有個機會有人可以幫我處理幾張凳，我即刻問你係咪唔要，等左一個鐘冇回覆，搬屋公司架車要走喇，所以我當時決定唔賺你個$160, 送走件貨清得一件得一件，成件事就係咁。我承認我冇等你回覆係我不對在先，我都有同你講唔好意思。 你可以話我違背交易承諾，但你話我post 呃人玩野，我就覺得你的指控都係不盡不實。
