Stood me up when I travelled all the way to his void deck. Already confirmed the time to self-collect from his blk the day before but he did not bother to check or respond to his messages! Wasted my time (>1h just on the commute alone) and expense in travelling down for nothing!

Jack agreed on a selling price and the place and time had already been confirmed. However, he didn't pick up my calls when it was the meeting time. Even gave excuses that he was on the way when I had already waited for half an hour. If you are dealing with this person, he might have good reputation for him being a seller, but I would definitely not give any support for such a person cause he is not a man of his word. Terrible experience.
