The seller is a cheat, he sold a faulty leaking tap with missing parts. When notified he said heโll provide a full refund, which he did not but a small refund. He could not provide a transaction reference number for full refund and bank has confirm no full refund was issued. He tried to dodge the matter by saying case close, he refunded. A police report is lodge against the person and company GO DIRECT ASIA PTE LTD.
New kitchen faucet .Delivered with no fee. Before that I showed her by picture there was an scratch on the item . She agreed ( after I offer a discount ) Few days later I had been contact she is unable to find some fittings in Sg hardwareshop. I offered to bring from Europe on my next trip. I noticed hostile & troublemaking attitude so out of goodwill I decide to refund . She got the funds ( less the bank charges I suspect ) that's why the complain Still I hope you good. God bless.
