Item sent was spoil, we communicated with customer for return/refund, or bring to store for exchange. Customer agreed but out of sudden giving bad feedback without responding to the chat
It's not spoilt, it's a fake product being marketed as a Warp charger. No OEM packaging, charge rate at 20% of Warp levels. And I don't have the time or need to seek a refund for $10 when you make getting a refund super inconvenient. It is my right to ghost you if your refund offer is super stupid (pay $4-5 of postage for a $10 refund wtf.) This was already a experience, but now it's compounded by you writing me this unnecessary 1 star review. Please learn how to run a business.
