Seller sold a highchair that was dusty at the edges and dirt splotches on the foot rest, which was definitely not what I expected since she/he described it as "clean". Didn't seem like she/he made effort to clean it before selling it. Then seller was defensive when asked about it and not apologetic at all. will NOT deal with this person again . surface got stained even more badly after I scrubbed

Please do not misrepresent the situation. The damage shown in first picture was caused after handover, likely from scrubbing & was not present in product at time of sale. The listing clearly stated it was a well used item. There was no visible damages or functional issue at handover. I acknowledged the slight dust from storage, which doesn’t mean the item was not well maintained or faulty. Any damage caused after handover is not my fault and I will not apologise for your expectation mismatch.
