the concealer I bought from her, she said it was just swapped, never used! But when I opened it, it was full of dried concealer around the lid and not clean at all, didn't look like just swapped.she claimed that Product was overflow.but I never experienced with this brand's concealer of overflowing. Seller should be careful about mentioning the condition of the item.I wouldn't deal with this seller again.Gave me bad feedback just because I send a message saying, this item is used more than once.
I never blamed it on overflow. You asked why it wasn't full. I explained that I had only swatched it twice and that products never come entirely full due to 'overflow' of the product meaning when you open it, it overflows. I was restricted with times as I have a broken leg and hospital and physio appts to attend daily. You arrived late. Cancelled previous time. I had to repeat myself multiple times. The fact that she cannot put a sentence together says it all. Sorry, your nice but unorganised.
Seller brought of me, issues occurred with item due to aus post but was a understanding, great person to deal, do recommend :)
