Totally lacking in seller's etiquette. Reneged on agreement as he had received a higher offer even though he accepted my offer the nite b4. i travelled 1hr to his block and waited another 25mins to be told he will sell me only parts of the original tems and at a higher price. He will remove part of tge items to sell to the higher offeror. U decide whether you want to del with this kind of seller.
