Toxic, aggressive and hard to deal with. Be prapered to adjust to her circumstance and demands. She says there was a defect in the product the next day so i offered return/refund but declines. Three days after comes back again so i agreed to refund but she declined again. hence, i cannot refund for her. Keeps on changing answers and ended up in chaos.
1 year ago (edited)IRRESPONSIBLE SELLER. Doesn’t know how to properly address concerns and keeps blaming the buyer, even though they sold me a problematic item. ENTITLED AND DEMANDING. The seller is at fault for sending an item without checking for any flaws first. It seems they want all the convenience, but don’t care about the buyer’s losses. Imagine this: They had the item for over a month and didn’t notice the flaw on the case? Unbelievable. GUSTO LANG MAKABENTA AT LET GO NG PALPAK NA CASE? THE AUDACITY!
