This buyer backed out at the last min & reneged out on the deal after making the offer and agreement. The buyer requested for a substantial discount, which I acceded to after much discussions. I’d discourage future seller and buyer from dealing with this person. If you would like to deal, go ahead and add at least a 50% premium as this is a black listed Carouseller. Absolutely do not discount.
