Perhaps you should have highlighted the concerns at the point of time of the deal , i had clearly mentioned the additional expenses incurred due to lack of installation to the person appointed by you. If you had highlighted any issues at the time of the deal i would have been more than happy to find alternate sellers for the same item who quote lower than you, only reason i went through with the deal was because i agreed to you over text despite there being alternatives which were cheaper.
