Friendly & responsive. Quick & fuss-free transaction. When asked for actual photos of the stool to see the condition, seller sent me a photo of the stool at the IKEA showroom (with tags) & told me it is brand new. Came home & saw that there're writings in permanent marker written on the underside of the stool & the ikea label was torn off. Misleading to claim that the stool was brand new.
Follow-up review
After leaving my review, the seller informed that the stool was bought new from the IKEA as-is section. I wish she could've disclose this info earlier and provided actual photos of her stool and not say it was brand new. Other than that, seller was friendly and it was a pleasant deal. That's why I'm willing to change my rating.
