The cage came in good condition except that it was not of superb quality (the plastics are very hard and some are bent). Despite the late overseas delivery, the seller offered to give a packet of food to me as a compensation. Even though it was not her fault that the delivery was delayed. Overall smooth transaction, nice and friendly seller!
