Sis apple is professional & very much patient to make sure the eyebrow is properly & perfectly done. She also puts a lot of effort in it. During the touch up I was about to fall asleep too. Due to the long queue in hospital, I was 30 minutes late for touch up session but she was willing to accommodate my timing pleasantly. I thank you for the understanding as well. Lovely lady is extremely patient and accommodating! Gip is very meticulous in her work and will constantly check if your brows are balanced. She is also understanding towards how afraid of pain some of us ladies can be, but not to worry, she is very caring and will apply numbing cream even during the session. Extremely smooth transaction from the start to the end! Appointment was booked without hassle. Apple took the time to meticulously draw my brow, even using a "face ruler" thing and measuring properly. I took like one hour to decide the shape I want and yet she was still patient and accommodating, even though I am the client from hell. Hahaha! Went to touch up without hassle too- she even took the time out of her family time to help me touch up another time. Throughly positive experience. Tq!!
