Very unreliable seller. We have agreed on a deal, we even followed to her request to collect 3 wks ltr. Have given her an offer and she has accepted. 4 days before collection, she said she has sold it to someone else! Without any headsup! We waited for her very slow response (once a week) and even came down to view. Yet she did not honor the deal. She is leaving SG soon, so she has nothing to lose
