Never respond after making an offer and I had accepted it

Already provided my address to pick up the item at Pasir Ris, told me he was 5mins away to my place, I went downstairs waited at the lobby and then 10mins later he said he was already at my block lift lobby. Texted him and asked where he is exactly at, and to my surprise he claimed he was a Midview City!!!! I'm like dugh... wasted my time...
