⚠️HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED❗️❗️ I made full pmt 3 days before event. After payment, got almost NO response from seller even though she WAS online! No collection details even 1 hour before collection time despite many msges on carousell. Finally got the add, was on the way down when SHE CANCELLED WITH NO APOLOGIES. Imagine organizing a party and you had to go WITHOUT THE CAKE. Seller has very bad attitude. Carousell doesn’t protect you against sellers like her so take precautions!
Firstly, the cake was ready. Clients was given my number to contact prior to collection. Even payment is via paynow/paylah which shows to my number. Location and time clearly stated when confirming the order. Wasnt on carousell but when I recd your WhatsApp, I replied at my soonest. FULL REFUND was immediately after the dispute.. offered you to take the cake for FREE! But you mentioned you bought another cake with the refund.
Great seller to deal with, prompt in responses, cake delivered nicely too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy cakes and support home based businesses.
