Beware!!! Buyer who will MIA after confirming (3 times) on the collection day and time at MRT station. Seem like not the first time he MIA-ing … so unless deposit is made, else his offering unlikely to stand so deal at your own risk. After MIA-ing, he doesn’t bother to explain or reply msgs.

I'm fine that you have to keep reschudule the timing and unable to confirm any timing due to your work. However if you had gave me the assurance to that you will buy, then you shouldn't MIA in the end. At least take responsibility and effort to let me know if you do not want it anymore. Wasted my 2 weeks and make me lost the other potential buyer.
I lost my phone how to contact you and you can sell to other people too ,I am not Mia I am not going to ask you reserve for me.if one or two day never contact you please sell to other people and here is very common Mia,I have facing many time buyer Mia sometimes have understood why people mia because something happened,don’t thinking you are right,if you confirm you Mia ,I wrote to let people know about you bad do you like or not?sometime even accidents ,sometimes not enough money,how ?free
