Refunded her for a hotel booking as hotel was overbooked and unable to provide King Bed and buyer was not keen to compromise on Twin Bed. Which is fine, that’s why I offered a refund, but buyer’s attitude was unpleasant and put all blame on me even though i explained it was the hotel’s mistake. I can understand her frustration, but it was not nice that she lost her cool at me for a situation beyond my control.
