Item stated brand new when collect the item I trusted that is brand new so didn’t check the item. carry the item back and open up the box to my great surprise the item cover was covered with scratches and the item when place on table surface can’t stand firm. So no choice need to get refund back from seller when the condition of the item not as stated.
The item was new and the box was as brand new with staraform board. As a buyer you could have checked abt the product, its uses. Anyway since you didnt take up the buyer's responsibility, i wldnt want to pursue further as it has cost me the inconvenience the entire day and my travelling charges which was not borne by you. If you are petty, please buy the item frm e retailer at the retail price.
