basically, this buyer has no sense of being accountable or commitment. lousy behaviour and attitude, I've had a bad experience with them before but I forgot about it and made the mistake of selling them something again. Fortunately this round I got them to make an offer so I could accept it and expose them. not worth selling anything to, sellers beware, complete waste of time.
