Usapan natin COP u didnt even tell me na may babayaran akong almost 400 for shipping pg pinickup ko na yung item, sana di ko nalang binili ng double pa gastos ko! Next time be transparent! Sorry for the inconvenience. I tried sending the photo of the LBC receipt and text message but I wasn’t able to send it successfully. Please note that this happened during a calamity, may typhoon and pandemic. It was my first time processing a COP kaya I repeatedly asked the LBC staff to make sure na COP yun kasi they’re pricing it way higher but they assured me na ganun daw talaga ang COP. When I got back to collect my money, I was under COP din. Again, sorry. We could’ve communicated better.
