Buyer was quite impatient. She even messaged me with a "knock knock u there....?" when i did not reply in 2 hours (on a saturday morning). I admit its my fault for replying late 1-2days for one of her message due to work and i had already apologised to her. I mailed out her item 1 day promptly after she transferred so that she can received her item on 5/6 as she said she need it by then. I did not delay in the mailing process though. I even provided her with a rlp on my own accord. Thanks.
