Slow responsive buyer

i am not sure how to rate this buyer as she wants to cancel few days after paying an overdue deposit. No explanation was given nor an apology. I dont mind helping of she has difficulty or issue.

and now she claimed i took the deposit and disappeared without sending the good. all along, it was for self pick up after mid March and i had agreed to advance the pick up date to March 13 and she had agreed.
