After sales service could be better. I arranged a next day meetup since the item wasn’t on hand. When I arrived, I was told the item had already been sold to someone else. The seller was apologetic, which I appreciate, but I had already taken the time to travel. A small gesture of goodwill or better communication would have made the experience much better.
