Seller sold the item to someone else after I'd reserved it. It was due to a miscommunication because he didn't check which carouseller whatsapped him but I'm really annoyed now because I missed out on a promotion on Lazada because I already committed to buying from him. Giving 3 stars because at least he told me early and was apologetic.

Reserved the item, but keep changing time. Finally, change to the next week. It isn't hard for buyer to reserve the item but waiting for other platform promotion. Btw, please be more consideration to seller who need to convert money for survive. Just cancel the order with seller earlier instead of ask seller to wait but the buyer also not so sure where to purchase.

Seller is friendly and willing to support if there's anything wrong with the item. But a point he could take note is to have more clarity listed on his sell page as well as clearing out personal logins on the device upon selling. Other than that, is good.
