The communication was fast and immediate and I would rate "A" for the response. For the item being put up on sale, it lacked detailed and accurate description. The item I bought should have been mentioned malfunction or not functioning at all so I can avoid buying it, not just "battery issue". Yes, the led indicator appeared intermittent while charging, but the vacuum did not turn on at all.
