Thanks a lot for this book which is worth the price. Seller used "Well used" for the condition of the book, but I think it's in a better condition of "Lightly used". Most pages are in good condition with no writings/markings, with very minimal yellowing. Seller is very quick to reply and decisive as well.

Beware; andrew chan who claimed to be a piano tuner did sounded and replied rather curt and unprofessional. Andrew avoided several probes and questions about piano issue. Hence handle with care!
Follow-up review
Beware of this creepy andrew chan who claim to be a “qualified” freelance piano tuner who avoided all questions regarding piano tuning and insist a ridiculous 2 hours tuning session just to tune an upright piano. Suspect he may be out to fleece money from unsuspecting people. He also insist Cash Only and wants to spend more time in your house for whatever reason he thinks fits.

Thank you for your interest. But the piano you picked from the HDB dump at Edgefield plains has many broken strings, is fully rusted, and unserviceable. You were dissatisfied with my explanation and had shouted many vulgarities. I feel very sorry you can't afford a good piano. Currently my workshop had a very good 2023, and we are prepared to give you a free Yamaha piano to subside your unemployment status. You can contact me anytime to pick up your piano.
