Both parties agreed for collection on 22 June 2026. When I sent a reminder on 21 June, she assumed I was the delivery man and said that "the seller had sold the items" without her knowledge! After I clarified my ID and probed more, she claimed that she was confused with another conversation for another item she was also interested in and cited her condo was doing rectification checks. ZERO STARS.
