Time waster. Buyer messaged me saying he has reached my block to collect the shoes I'm selling. Within a minute of my reply, he says he has something urgent to attend to and needs to leave. He claims he forgot his wallet and thus cannot pay me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that it was a genuine mistake and asked him what time he is returning but he told me he cannot commit. A few days have passed and still no reply.
