Driver did a last minute cancellation on my house moving booking with his lorry services. I actually dropped him a reminder 9hrs before the house moving and he replied that his lorry broke down and have to cancel my booking. If his lorry have broken down, he should have informed me earlier, not when I dropped him a reminder. Very irresponsible, book at your own risk!
