Seller was very nice to help me with rolling to the pick up point and to rearrange timings to accommodate pick up! The specs on official website mentioned that this could chill food between 6-12degC. I tried chilling my butter (needs 8*C) for my HBB but was horrified to find it melted so I’m not able to use it. My food thermometer measured the temp of chilled water - 16.5C (see pic). A bit sad
