As a buyer. Fast service and reply. However , I'm really dissapointed with the item. It not like how it suppose to be.. Its all break into pieces.. And clumps up.. The soap did not even dissolve properly as it all began to clumps up.. The BathBoms ball is not even hard when i first take it out from the container/cover ..
