Item received in different condition as seller's described, the side tag part and the sling part of the Coach wristlet had already worn out. Was asked about the condition whether or not has defects but seller don't even mentioned about the defects and said its brand new without any defects. Overall bad experienced.
I was horrified to read this. I immediately responded, apologised and offered a full refund complete with postage for the item to be sent back. I honestly did not realise the imperfections and defects on the item. However this buyer did not ask me to clarify and did not respond to my offer. It has been > 24 hrs and i am still waiting. I wished she had talked to me first to clarify and make right the situation.
