DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HER. SHE IS A FRAUDSTER. She is dishonest about what she is selling & I’m sure the rest of the reviews are made up. She sold me a hyrox ticket bearing her name that I can’t even use or check in because hyrox requires ID to match the name of the ticket. When I explained to her that I can’t use the ticket she insisted I can. Who is the scammer here?

I sold the ticket at a significant loss and you bought it under carousell protection. I never stated that change of name is allowed and it is very common for people to race under another name in Hyrox. I provided all the ticket details and you confirmed they are valid. Your refund request is only bec you cannot change name. We raised a dispute and Carousell ruled it in my favour. I have remained polite throughout the time. Given transaction is properly verified, this is not fraud.
