Nightmare dealing w this seller. He advertised RedmiA2 (2023) but sent me an old MiA2 (2018) instead. When i told him about it,he denied even tho i showed him the overwhelming evidence! He and his friends threatened me over phone by pretending to be police,which made me file report w the real police.He finally refunded but didnt want to cover my postage fee for item return. I rugi RM7.85. Beware!

This case has been report to PDRM. Buyer will ask to deal privately witjout going thru Carousell, then after receiving, he will came up with all sorts of excuses and asking for a refund. I have no choice but to refund the money but buyer play games by returning to a fake address, which is later return to him. A search on the Poslaju tracking number EHE176527850MY will show his dirty trick. So the buyer is now keeping the phone and the money. Avoid this buyer at all cost.
