Really toxic and irresponsible guy. Approached my listing and I arranged to deal nearer to his location for good will. Yet, on the day of the deal he makes me wait there by telling me that he'll be late. After that he tells me that he's not interested anymore. This person is the definition of what you would call an irresponsible MOFO. Dealers beware.
