Item is as per listed and buyer request to refund after opening up the brand new box of dyson is unreasonable. This dok station is included in my purchase of v12 slim vacuum machine from Takashimaya so definitely it has to fit. Deal at your own risk with such a buyer who changes his mind and insist is my problem even though I had taken photo of the box with details for him!! Super unpleasant deal.
