Even though he promised it was tested. checked the video card in two different PCs. same power related issue (red light constantly on near pcie connector) card shows post screen but doesn't go past bios. seller refused to refund me. stating it was more than two weeks after. (was waiting for a cable I was missing to be able to test the card).
